Chance me guys! I appreciate all your input/advice! Thanks for looking!

Not really sure how to chance you since you will be considered international, and it’s typically harder to get in as an international. However, I think you’re highly competitive. Your scores are excellent and your GPA is decent especially given the rigorous courseload. Applying from the Northeast ED helps. As for not asking for FA affecting your chances, it’s more about whether it’s obvious from your parents’ occupations/where you live that you’re wealthy. Of course, admissions is need-blind, meaning they won’t see your financial documents, but I’m guessing it could be a tiny boost (when they’re on the fence) if they’re able to deduce you’ll be able to pay full-freight. They might expect more from you given your background but you have the stats so you probably don’t have to worry. Finally, being from an underrepresented nationality might help (don’t know if this applies to you).

You’ve got a very solid shot ED. Good luck!

Visited NU last Monday, from what I heard if you were a domestic student you’d be in. I couldn’t begin to guess how they’ll adjust for the international aspect, though after 12 years they may not bother. You may want to call admissions and discuss the situation with them.

thanks for all your comments guys! feel free to leave more =)

I read on their website that international students not applying for financial aid are evaluated in the same pool as domestic applicants. Does that mean anything in terms of admission difficulties?
