Hello, I recently submitted my application to be a freshman in the fall of 2019. I applied for exploratory studies with a 3.2 UW and 1160 SAT. If I’m being honest my courses aren’t very impressive. I have decent extracurriculars with plenty of work hours and some volunteering. What are my chances at getting into exploratory studies? Some people say it’a ridiculously easy to get into? Is this true? Thank you in advance for your replies! Edit: I’m also an in state student!
Okay thanks!!
quick question. Is exploratory the same as an undecided major?
Your stats are on the low side for Purdue in general. Because you applied for exploratory studies, hopefully, you can have a shot at getting in. Also, because you are an in-state you can have a higher chance of acceptance. I recently got accepted yesterday for biochemistry with a 34 ACT, 3.93 unweighted, just to put into perspective. Good luck!
