Chance for GOOD UCs - low gpa?

Im white, live in Los Angeles, and go to a pretty terrible high school :p
Ive only taken 2 APs, and recently took exams for both of them, and think I scored well.

My GPA is low though, a weighted around a 3.4, the reason being my home life mostly, as well as some internal issues.
My parents separated, so my mom and sisters and I moved in with my grandparents in a really nice neighborhood. when my grandpa died, we had no money, moved out, and then my grandma essentially took a year to die of lung cancer on my living room couch my freshman year of high school. my sister ran away from home, so I moved in with my aunt, who struggled financially as well. My moms autoimmune disease worsened as well. Its been really tough these past four years.

On top of that, in 10th grade, I started studying nihilism, and started to believe that I didn't exist, and was kind of caught up in, well, nothing. I stopped doing alot of my work because I couldnt find meaning, and still sort of struggle with it sometimes. But I started studying existentialism, and different typed of philosophy, and that really saved me.

I have also struggled with math throughout high school (I got a D first semester Alg. 2, and a C second semester, and then a C first semester for Math Analysis, and its really up in the air right now whether I will get a C or not this semester), but I want to pursue a political science major.

Also, I took a grip of honors courses, but the UC system doesnt count my schools honor program in a weighted GPA (bull).

Anyway aside from that, I scored a 31 on the ACT

Here are my extracurriculars
