Chance for me to get into George Washington University

Just some background information:

Freshman year: ~ 1.8 GPA Weighted
Sophomore Year: ~ 3.8 GPA Weighted
Junior Year: ~ 3.4 GPA Weighted
Senior Year: ~ 3.9 GPA Weighted

I took all CP classes during my Freshman year and did horribly (I had little academic motivation). During my Sophomore year I really went full swing to get myself on track. I was still taking CP classes at that point. Junior year is where I took AP US History as well as all honors (except for math). Senior year I took AP French and AP Stats with everything else being honors except for English.

Clearly there's an upwards trend. I worked very hard after Freshman year to open as many doors as possible. My AP scores were as followed:

AP US History: 4
AP Stats: 3
AP French: 4

SAT: 1860
ACT: 27

Now here's what makes me even consider George Washington University. In 19 years, I have lived in France, Indonesia, Vietnam, South Korea, Canada, and the United States. My first language was Swiss German, my second language was French, and my third was English which I learned at the age of 8 in South Korea. I went to a French school, an English school, a German school, and then right back to an English school. The change in academic background really screwed me up. This is evident in my Freshman year. My love for international relations stemmed from my background and when I visited George Washington University, I fell in love with the Elliott School of International Relations. I went to a Swiss embassy every year as a child to celebrate Christmas and I was surrounded by diplomats and internationally minded people. I visited DC and knew that George Washington University was right for me but looking at my credentials, it seems that I am subpar from the average person that attends. I'm wondering whether my international background will help me get in and help justify why my SAT, ACT, and GPA are not as competitive despite my hard work. Another thing I should add is that I'm taking a gap year in which I am going to be travelling to Indonesia for three months. I have held too jobs in the past two years (one being a waiter at a restaurant) to help pay for it. What do you guys think?
