** Situation **

My father died in 2007 when I was in 8th grade. As a result, I did bad in 9th grade, 80% UW GPA. I improved 3-4% each year thereafter. I opened a business in 2008 after having several internships and a job as sales rep at a small web hosting company in 2007 because I loved technology and I wanted this to be a tribute to my father. The 2008 venture did not succeed well due to my poor handling of some aspects. It was sold to a large company in 2009 and I completely rethought my business ideals and revamped my business plan, opening my registered incorporation. I joined forces with another guy my age who is a genius programmer a few months later who is now my business partner. The company succeeded and we had a revenue of close to 35-40K. After the first year we sold off the small hosting sector because we wanted to reshift our focus and began offering elite application development to small companies and clients privately as well as working on our own apps.

We currently have 2 patent pending applications in development that will redefine the industry and this year our revenue is a little less since we have shifted a lot of attention on company development for our products vs private clients. Revenue expected to be 25-30K.

My duties are mainly fiscal and legal with a bit of programming, I handle all the legalities and money matters, accounting and accounts payable, taxes, company payments, merchant accounts, and building company credit myself. No third party accountants.

** Others **

Science - AP Chem, AP Bio + Biotech lab (selective dual enrollment course), H Chem, H Earth Science, H Bio.

What are my chances :)?

Thanks!
