Chance for Out-of-State student?

<p>I know I had no hopes for honors college so I decided to apply regular decision. Please chance me?
I understand if my scores cannot make it to FSU. I really want to attend there and would even attempt to go the TCC > FSU route if possible.</p>

Acceptances were announced a few weeks ago.
Your stats are somewhat low for just regular acceptances, let alone honors and if your application hasn’t as of yet been submitted, then your chances now at admission are MINIMAL!!!</p>

<p>You need a 22 ACT score in Reading to be accepted to FSU (unless certain circumstances apply):

In addition to the applicant’s overall composite on the ACT or total score on the SAT, the following minimum subscores are required:</p>
