Chance for Stern?

<p>Junior son in MA has 1300 SAT (700M, 600CR -- I know they don't use the Writing score so am not posting), 4.7GPA out of 6.0; mostly all advanced classes and will take 3 APs next year; pres. of language club; varsity team; few other ec's.</p>

<p>Does he have any shot at admittance? RD or ED? No fin. aid is required.</p>

stern is really statistics driven
the 25-75% SAT range is like 1400-1500 (out of 1600)<br>
to put things in perspective 30% of the kids accepted into stern had a 1500 or up , the median was a 1450
if he can get his SAT math and reading , i think he has a good shot
a reasonable aim should be around 1430</p>
