Chance for Transfer for the College of WM

Originally a student from Texas, graduated with a 3.2 GPA in the top quarter of my class from a sub parhigh school. I did terrible my freshman year, but i made all A's my junior and Senior year. I made a 29 ACT, and 2100 SAT scores.

Did 3 semesters in a community college in florida(2009 - 2010), had to pay my own way through with a 6 year contract with the Navy. Managed a 3.68 gpa with entrance into honors(and this is during my military training) and now i'm stationed in Norfolk, VA where i have lived on base for 4 years now

now that my contract will be over next year, with an honorable discharge, i want to transfer to the college of William and Mary. While my "home of record" is still in Texas, i can still become a Virginia resident. I'm not sure which i want to be, to avoid higher tuition costs/ or lower acceptance rate. Regardless, the GI bill guarrentees affordability.

Other than the Navy on top of my extracurricular activities, I'm active in community service on my off time, working for the Jewish Veterans Society. I also play bass guitar, though I have no credit for it.

What are my chances, and what should i do, if any, to improve my chances for the College of W&M?

anyone? with an honest opinion? please…
