Hey everyone! I just finished my IB midterm exams and got my grades back, I made this account just to ask you guys what my chances are for UCLA and BU. I will be applying for Film.
Here are my grades:
HL:
Psychology = 7
Business = 7
English Lang/Lit = 7
SL:
Spanish = 5
Maths = 5
Physics 5
Total = 36
My ACT superscored:
English = 30
Maths = 28
Reading = 31
Science = 28
Composite = 29
Writing = 36
Extracurricular:
Student Council for 3 consecutive years.
Won numerous awards in different film festivals.
MUN delegate for 3 years.
Badminton boys varsity “best player” '14
Interned at Magnet Productions.
Job shadowed at City 7 Dubai.
Any thoughts of my chances? Anything at all would be so helpful!

Thanks! Do you by any chance have any estimate percentages? Maybe 50% UCLA?
probably like 25% to UCLA and like 50% to BU.
What is your ACT not super scored since UCLA will only use your highest composite from one sitting?
I also think UCLA is a Reach based on posted information.

My ACT not super scored is also composite 29, this is with the 36 in writing.
English = 30
Maths = 28
Reading = 31
Science = 25
By reach, what do you think are my chances in terms of percentages as well? Thanks for your response.

Thanks! Do you think BU is worth it price wise? Being 70K in Boston for a year is extremely expensive, would you recommend going for it if I do get in for business/film?
not sure about film but bu business is certainly not bad. 70k a year is a lot, and you should talk to your family about that not some stranger on the internet, if it comes down to it 
Reach for UCLA, Maybe 5-10% chance.
Because your ACT composite is not at or around 33-34 and, because you sound international, you would be OOS for California public UCs, so cost is $55k per year.
