Chance junior for top schools

So my situation is pretty bad. So to start off my gpa is a 3.67, weighted might I add and my school doesnt have a reputation for being incredibly hard or anything, however I have had a strong upward trend over my last year and a half. By the end of my senior year I will have taken 11 ap classes. My Sat and Act are ok not great, so far a 2040 and a 31 but i plan on retaking and hopefully scoring a 2250 and a 33 at least. Also im hoping to get commended for my psat of 207. My extracurriculars, you guessed it, are decent at best. I have been a member of the my schools varsity golf team since my sophomore year and my freshmen year I rowed crew. I was a member of the environmental awareness club and youth and government my freshmen year, then my sophomore i was a member of the world affairs club, then this year i started a student managed investment fund and am the president of this club where we invest 150k, real money, (from the schools budget) into the stock market and i will be the president again next year. I have received the presidents volunteer service award all 3 years and have around 300 hours of service, I went on a community service trip to new orleans to rebuild the wetlands after my freshmen year. Summer after my sophomore year I held a job at a vet for about 5 weeks working around 24 hrs a week. That same summer i participated in an online stock trading competition hosted by university of dallas and i finished in the top 10 in terms of returns on profit. This coming summer I am going to TCU for a week to participate in a business competition and I also have an internship this summer at a private equity firm. I am a member of the national honor society. so that just about sums it up. The colleges that I am interested in include, heres my downfall:
penn
dartmouth
harvard
duke
emory
uc berkley
wake forest

At Dartmouth and Penn I have a legacy, my father went there, however I doubt he has given more than 5k to each of these schools. I think one of my greatest flaws is my gpa and this is largely due to bad grades freshmen and some of sophomore year due to (at least i tell myself this) a medicine that I was taking for adhd that made me pretty depressed, obviously this is no excuse. But say i was able to get my gpa up to around a 3.75 and my sat / act to 2250 and 33 and got 730+ on sat II subject tests (math II and us history). Would I have a chance in hell at any of these schools? Thanks and please, honesty is appreciated and encouraged.

I think some threads have mentioned the importance of Penn legacies applying ED.

Gonna be tough on these stats for the schools you’ve mentioned, even with improvement. Why not consider some great schools with somewhat higher acceptance rates? Schools like U of Rochester, Case Western, Kenyon, Centre, Union, etc.?

Unfortunately, with your current standardized test results and probably u/w GPA, all of the schools you’ve listed are (in my opinion) reaches (Wake might be a high match?). You truly need MATCHES and SAFETY schools.

Wake forest and Emory are both matches as you stand. If you can raise your SAT up to a 2200, then you may have a slight shot at Berkeley/Duke. The ivies are a bit unrealistic to be completely honest.

I agree with @TopTier. Keep Wake Forest on the list and start anew. There are lots of good schools out there. Tell us what criteria are important to you, besides prestige! What is your home state? How much can you afford?
