Many of the names on this list are urban contrary to OPs stated desire for a quiet and or rural environment and not all the names on your outdoorsy list have strong reputations in the OPs area of interest.

However, some of the schools included in that site are not particularly notable for their economics programs. For the OP’s interests, then, only some of them are comparable with Trinity College.

I guess that’s the shortcoming of these links.
