Safeties are schools where you’re all but guaranteed admission. Unless you cured cancer and forgot to mention it here, you’re not guaranteed a place at any of the schools you listed at safeties. Your application is pretty strong, but these places (other than Georgetown and NYU) are really hard to get into and are pretty unpredictable.
Cornell is a match, as in I’d say you’ve got a pretty good shot at getting in there.
