Chance me again!

Got chanced earlier here, but I wanted to redo with some things that either fell through or things I forgot to add.

Here's a bit of background:
I just started my senior year in high school so most of these statistics are from junior year and prior, keep in mind that I'm now enrolled in 6 AP classes and will have an estimated GPA of 5.0 for my Senior year (weighted of course). Additionally, my high school is one of the top rated high schools in my state. And lastly, I'm looking into a political science major. Also, I'm white.

Academics:
Academic GPA (unweighted): 4.0
Academic GPA (weighted): 4.5
Enrolled in Honors or AP classes: yes (straight A's)
In the top 10% of my class. (13 of 733)
SAT: 2050 (will be taking again in November for sure)
-Math: 670
-CR: 690
-Writing: 690
SAT II:
-Chemistry: 760
-US History: 750
(also taking Math level 2 and lit. in October)
No ACT yet (taking in October)

AP Scores:
-World History: 3
-Chemistry: 3
-US History: 5
-English Lang.: 5

Awards (The few that there are XD):
AP scholar with honors
Outstanding French Student, 2 years in a row
Top scholar athlete (top gps in a sport) 4 times (twice for water polo and twice for swim)
2nd place in parliamentary procedures at FBLA section
CSF lifetime member

Extracurricular:
Played on the JV water polo team and swim team for 2 years, captain in the second year.
Vice President of my high school's NHS. (member since 11th, VP 12th)
Founder and President of the school's Skiing and Snowboarding Club. (founded 11th, prez both years)
PR of E.P.I.C. (End poverty in California)- try and guess what we do :) (12th)
Co-captain of my school's academic decathlon team
and I'm on the FBLA competition team.
CSF member all four years

Outside of school, I'm a volunteer for RFB&D, or reading for the blind and dyslexic, which records text books for, well, the blind and dyslexic.

My major passion and hobby is hiking, and over the course of my 4 high school years I've done a majority of the famous American hikes (I.E. Mount Whitney, Half Dome, Grand Canyon, working on McKinley)

Lastly, one thing that has been following me all of high school has been the fact that, due to class sizes, I was unable to take an honors math class freshmen and sophomore year. If I would have taken those classes I would have had a 4.6 GPA and would have been ranked number 1. To make up for the fact that I had a lower GPA those two years, I dropped some unimportant credits from my junior year, bringing my GPA up to a 4.5 from a 4.4 (accumulative). Anyway, do you think that the fact that I couldn't take those classes will make a difference, especially since I made up a bit for it junior year?

Good job! You’re set.

But I really think it’s unfair. You got 3’s on some AP tests, yet you had straight A’s. I got 5’s on all my AP tests, but I got a B or an A in the actual class. It just goes to show that GPA is not a true representation of your abilities.

Having said that, I think that admit officers will still be highly impressed by your GPA and leadership positions. Be sure to play those up in your application and you’ll be fine.

Which schools do you want us to chance?

Oh I see, it’s for Dartmouth. I am new to this site (that was actually my first post). My apologies.

I would say you have a fair chance of getting in. The thing that stands out to me is your hiking experience. Be sure to write about that!
