Will chance back!! Thanks

You have great test scores and ECs. Swarthmore, USC, and NYU are probably definites. None of the others are too out of your reach. The only problem I see is that you probably will not stand out among other applicants. That isn’t to say you’re not unique, but to solve this problem write an amazing, unique essay to set yourself apart from other applicants with the same credentials. Chance me back please :)

Obviously an incredible SAT score, and very good GPA with a tough schedule, but the ECs are very weak. If you have no leadership roles within those ECs, it will be tough. I am curious if you do because that would make a difference. In fact, I would say it would be very difficult if you don’t have any leadership roles, but probable for all if you have one or two.

Sucks that you’re asian. Stern, Swarthmore, Tufts and CMU you will get into. For the others, you’ll probably get into a few of them.

You have a decent shot at Chicago, Cornell, Berkeley, and Northwestern. You’ll probably get in to the rest of them. Make sure your essays & letters of rec are awesome! If you’re international, maybe play that up in your apps.

chance me back?

Are you applying for financial aid? Chances are worst if you are and even if you get in, you are unlikely to qualify for any significant aid. the financial aid for internationals is very small compared to U.S residents and usually the top top international applicants get it. carnegie mellon doesn’t even offer aid to internationals.
