I think that you have fairly good chances. You have a strong spike in Latin/Hispanic activities, studies, etc. First gen/minority helps. However, your application does look fairly cliche (though less so than others) and your ecs are pretty typical. I bet you have a 50%-65% chance, which is about what you can hope for with your profile.
I think 50-65% is pretty reasonable given first-gen, Hispanic, ED and your academic profile. good luck!
