Chance me at my top schools! Applying SOON

Hello, if anyone could chance me for some of these schools, I'd greatly appreciate it.
I sort of created tiers for myself.

Safety: Rutgers, Penn State
What I view as sort of matches: Boston University, Northeastern, George Washington University
Then my reaches: Boston College, Carnegie

SAT: 2100 (650 M, 650 CR, 800 W)
GPA unweighed: 3.55
Weighted: 5.2 (6.0 scale)

11 - 14 honors/AP classes - I forget the exact number. But I took a hard curriculum each year

ECs
DECA - placed 1st at regionals and 5th at states 3 years in a row
Organize and Manage a team for the Brain Tumor Society Walk every year (going on 5 years). It raises 2000 dollars every year
Volunteer at a senior citizen home 3 times a week (approximately 15 - 20 community service hours every week)
Varsity Debate Champion
Opened up an Ebay business that's actually pretty successful - ranked as a top seller. :D
Ultimate Frisbee
Interact
NHS
2000+ community service hours since high school

As you can probably see, I focus a lot on community service. My dad died of brain cancer and my grandmom has alzheimers so I feel really passionate about managing the brain tumor team and volunteering at a senior citizen

THANKS :D

Honestly I think you could get into any of those schools, though your reaches may be a tad bit less likely. But still fairly good chances.

born2dance thanks :D

luckily my reaches aren’t any of my top choices, but just ones Id like to apply to.

I don’t think BC is a reach for you.

bobtheboy thanks for your input - I just listed it as a reach because with my GPA Im hovering around the 30% side…my SAT is there, but I know some kids who got rejected there with better stats.

Out of my list its one of my harders, which is why I listed it as a reach.

Thanks for your input though - it was greatly appreciated
