You definitely have a very good chance. Make sure you apply a couple less prestigious and safety schools though.

Really really good chance, I think. Keep up the good work!

Really good chance, but couple things that might make a big difference. What major you want to apply under. You do understand you’re not eligible for state aid which is a very large part. OOS tuition at UCs is nuts I think its an additional $22-26k on top of whatever the going rate is.

I don’t mean to be a debbie downer or anything. Just when you get accepted and see the price you’ll feel even worse after being accepted. They do have a few scholarships, but there few and far between. S applied to Drake’s that was for MechE got denied. We’re instate and with grants its about $23k a year. No idea how much OOS will be, you might want to check net price calculator.

Great chances for both. Your Asian anti-hook really should be too much of an obstacle especially due to your family income. Then everything else stacks up amazingly as well: very high SAT score, good UW GPA, course rigor, EC’s, leadership - the whole package.

Definitely high chances for you. Look into some safeties just in case, but you should be accepted to one if not both of the schools.
