“Chance me” threads are hard, because really none of the alumni, students, and parents on College Confidential has access to your entire application and those of every other applicant whose application will be weighed against yours in comparison to one another and to the needs of the class that is being created. Hence, none of us can really predict your chances.
That said, there is no reason not to apply to Williams if you like it. Go ahead and apply! You can see that the average GPA and ACT are higher than yours, so you may want to consider what it is that you like about Williams and find some additional colleges with those same qualities that admit a higher percentage of students and where students’ statistics are similar to yours. Look also at Naviance or whatever system your high school may use to track acceptances over time— to which schools have students from your high school with your grades and ACT been admitted?
Congratulations on your academic record so far and your extracurricular accomplishments, and best wishes in your college search.
