My GPA is 3.65 UW (9 AP’s through senior year). Grades also have an upward trend. My first semester freshman year i had a 3.33 and i ended junior year with a 4.67 (weighted)

If by Michigan you mean the university of Michigan- Ann Arbor, I think uMich would be a bit of a reach for you. Your GPA is a bit low. Other then that, I think your EC’s are good. Your test scores are good enough as well. Just focus on getting good grades this year, spend time on your essays, and you’ll be fine!
