Hoping to Major in Economics and minor in History or another social science/humanity. I have been getting 2200's in my recent Blue book practice tests, assuming i achieve 2150+ on the real thing in November what do you think my chances would be?

One more question: if I have already sent Penn a score report (one of my four free ones) with all my scores apart form my pending November SAT, do I still need to "rush" the November scores? How can I do this if I have already sent them? Please advise!
