Chance me ... Click if u play dota and love starcraft

TAG does not restrict you from applying anywhere nor does it require you to go the school you signed a TAG with. I knew someone who signed multiple TAG agreements(Irvine and SD) and ended up going to UCLA.

For most people TAG is just a safety if they get rejected from their top choice.

As for paperwork, most UC TAG’s require you fill out forms and get them signed by your counselor, thereby certifying you for TAG. UCSD and apparently SB have paperless TAG, which means you just check the TAG box on the UC application. If you meet their requirements, then you’re in. It doesn’t require you to get a signature or anything of that nature. (might want to double check UCSB though, cause I’m not 100% sure on that)

hmm im sure i cna get my gpa over 3.0 with Fall semester grades but thats at the end so your saying that i can still do a tag with davis irvine and sd correct?

You can get TAG’s with all 3, but I would go on the school websites and see what the requirement is for each school. I am only familiar with SD’s TAG requirements.

Since Davis and Irvine are TAG’s that have paperwork, you might need to have the required GPA by the time your counselor signs everything.

Don’t forget the intensive DOTA/starcraft practicing. For hours on end, one boy trains to become the best, albeit at the expense of his precious time. :(

:)

I hear DOTA guys get all the girls :)

And they have the highest damage.

^^^^ truth

LOOOOOOOOOL wow it worked… everyone here that replied plays dota haha and im sure they have played dota during their finals at one point lolol

Absolutely not. I have NEVER played DOTA. I have seen a friend play it, but I have never played it myself, and certainly not during finals.

Not sure why you think that’s so funny though either way…lol?

How about World of Warcraft?!?!!?

…vomit

I personally would recommend quitting the online games when you transfer, no point in wasting your best college years (socially) in front of a computer. Join some clubs, make a lot of friends, and live the real world :)

^ Who needs the real world when I can b-hop through the virtual world.

hijynx… say what you will… call of duty 4 and nba 2k9 through xbox live are the business.

starcraft ftw

any suggestions or tips about my original academic transferring post? btw starcraft 2 will be insanely off the hook haha. this thread has turned into a gaming thread :stuck_out_tongue: anyway will it look better since i crammed up 60 units all in one year and still have 1 yea left to continue taking classes before the actual transfer?

damn
