Your chances for Cornell and Williams are pretty good. However, Harvard and Columbia are going to be difficult. Your stats are a dime a dozen and there isn’t a “wow” factor about your application. If your essays are great than that will surely increase your chances. If you have any hooks, that may also help.

Would’ve hoped to see more involvement with statistics such as an internship or some type of research. If you don’t have stuff for statistics, the next thing I would have looked for was math qualifications, such as AMC participation or AIME qualification. Other than that, I think everything else looks fine. BTW why didn’t you take AP stats, I would view this as a red flag given that AP stats is basically the only statistics based class offered at many high schools.
