applying to schools like cornell, berkely, ucla, usc, johnhopkins, northwestern, purdue, nyu, doing early MIT..dnno if ill make it though..

TELL ME MY CHANCES PLEASE :D

what do people like you expect to hear from a chance me thread? To get into GOOD schools you need GOOD test scores, SATs, ECs, etc. O and guess what, you have GOOD test scores, SATs, ECs, etc so I guess you have a GOOD chance at them. I mean come on dude. 4.0 with really high SATs, if you can't do any better then you have a GOOD chance

i dont know lol
people are always like national #1 or something with 2400 SAT and everything to get into good schools so im wondering if i can compare with them at least a little lol

and if possible can someone tell me like chances of getting into the schools i listed?

ok, justin. I'll give it a shot. I'm no adcom though, just some regular dude :)

cornell - reach
berkeley - reach
ucla - match
usc -match
jhu -match
nw - low reach
purdue - safety
nyu - match
early mit - high reach (it's MIT).

good luck, justin. you probably need another safety or 2 in there.

thank you very much chubeebo!
ill research some schools to put as safety then :D

thank you, this is pretty much what I was looking for aha

lol anyone can give me some tips on what i can try to improve before apps?

ur resume is pretty much as good as it can be. yes, the GPA can be better, but i don't think you can change that to a 3.9+ in a semester. The only thing you can do is try to find some more awards and leadership positions. Once you have those, you have as good as chance as anybody. your ECs are crazy.

cornell - low reach
berkeley - low reach
UCLA - match
USC -match
jhu -match
NW - reach
purdue - safety
NYU - match
MIT early- reach/high reach.

mhm thank you.. aha
maybe ill have to early something else then :/
lol
