You’re a very compelling applicant but competition for foreigners who need massive amounts of aid is quite intense (that’s an understatement). I still think you have a decent shot. Good luck.

You have to show the admissions committee that you’ve made the best of the resources at your disposal. That needs to be very apparent in your application.

Would it be as hard to be accepted if I am able to pay $65k a year? I would just need 15k a year.
