I am in incoming junior at a small public high school in New Jersey. What do I need to do to bring my stats up to apply to colleges like Princeton, UPenn, Swarthmore, etc.?

GPA: 4.43 UW, 4.1 W
Class Rank: 1

Tests:
SAT: Haven't taken
PSAT: 1950 (Sophomore year)
ACT: 29 (never taking it again, ugh)

Junior year Schedule
Orchestra
AP English
AP US History
AP Calc AB/BC (taking the BC test)
AP Chemistry
AP Music Theory
Honors Spanish 4

Senior Schedule (if all goes well)
Orchestra
AP English
AP European History
AP Statistics
AP Biology
AP Spanish 5
Econ (required at my high school)

Extracurriculars:
Volunteered at stem cell lab: 300+ hours this summer, set for next summer
Volunteered at Mother Teresa Home in India: 40 hours
Volunteer at hospital: 60+ hours so far, plan to do it for 3 years
Breaking the Chain (volunteering, stop child trafficking in Ghana): 4 years, 300+ hours, VP right now, hopefully President by senior year
Dance: 4 years (500+ hours, including competition)
Violin Lessons/Orchestra: 12 years, 300+ hours for high school, hopefully concert master senior year
Chamber Choir: 4 years
Drama Club: 3 years
Field Hockey: 4 years

No awards :( Small school=less opportunities. Any advice on what I should do about that?
My personal analysis is that my GPA/extracurriculars are adequate, but my standarized tests scores need to be stellar or else I don't stand a chance. I'm shooting for a 2300+ on the SAT, but saying it is easier than getting it.
