Brown and Penn are big reaches (but they basically are for anyone that applies). Cornell is a reach but since you are applying ED it may help a bit. You have a good chance at the others.

I agree with the post above as well. Please get me back. Besides Cornell could still be a high reach even with the ED. Such a difficult school. Good luck!

Good luck! And well done on the extracurriculars! Chance me back? http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1577930-yet-another-chance-post-check-out-maybe.html

For the most selective universities you listed, it won’t be particularly easy. Your SAT scores and estimated GPA are well below the average at most of the universities. Scores/grades don’t get you in, but they can keep you out if they’re too low.

Besides the NGO you founded, I don’t see a lot in your extracurriculars that stands out. A lot of people do similar activities in their school and community. Many students with excellent credentials are rejected from Brown/Cornell/U Penn.

I don’t think you’ll have too much troubles at the other universities though. Your grades might be a little below average but given your activities I would be surprised if you didn’t get into a few.

http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1578562-chance-ea-rd-will-chance-back.html#post16586686

I think the ivys except for Cornell are reaches: Cornell ED is a low reach but your GPA might be a tad bit low but ED can make up for that. Good luck! http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1577460-chance-blue-devil-duke-ed-hopeful-receive-chance-return-2.html
