<p>hi my gpa is 4.0/4.0 (valedictorian)
and my sat 1 score is 2200
i have mediocre ec, not gonna list them all here
what are my chance of getting into these schools for bme/bioengineering major?

<p>Hi, I can only give you a rough idea for UMichigan. My brother just graduated there (class of 2014) from ME, but I think with your SAT and GPA you’ll be good. And I recommend TAMU as a safety.
Just make sure to have good ECs. Good luck! </p>

<p>I have many friends that went to these schools ( berkeley, USC, cornell, etc… and also a friend at UCLA)</p>

<p>judging solely based on marks and scores, i can tell you that berkeley will be low reach (70% acceptance, unless stunning essays and recs.) ( I would suggest UCLA as it is easier to get into). Cornell uses a VERY holistic review and seeing that you have “mediocre” ecs… i would say (60% acceptance, again, unless you have stunning essays).
USC is almost a for sure acceptance…so is san diego… if you apply to texas very soon… its automatic acceptance from what i hear ( something about top 10% or a certain score is auto admit apparently) Illinois is also a for sure however, with your stats, i would use this as my safety as UIUC is more known for CS and civil engineering and not as much for bme (although still good, not as good as some others)… Michigan is same as berkeley… thats all the insight I can give as no one that i know of has gone to the other schools… hope this helps and good luck!</p>
