I’d say your odds are pretty good. Is that 3.7 W or UW? You should have no trouble getting into BU. Good luck with the college process! Chance back if you can at http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1055573-i-know-its-early-but-chances-junior.html

Your stats are fine for BU. It might come down to good essays. Be aware that the game at BU isn’t so much getting accepted as it is getting money. Many, many accepted students who have serious financial need are offered little or no financial aid from BU. The school is very open about using both merit and need based aid to attract accepted students who they REALLY want and to discourage those who they don’t want as much. It’s a smart way for the school to do it because it brings in a higher yield of top candidates, but it leaves the average accepted student with much less aid. I’m personally an example of this - my EFC is $9k, but I received only $30k in scholarship/grant awards, which would leave my family paying $25k per year. Now, I don’t mean to be ranting about this, but you should certainly be informed that your stats would likely put you more in the middle of the group than at the very top. If money is an issue for your family, you should take BU’s financial practices into account when you apply. Basically, just don’t be too hopeful for excellent aid even despite how collegeboard or the princeton review highly rate aid from BU. An excellent article about BU’s practices can be found in the nytimes: [Financial Aid - Inside the Financial Aid Office at Boston University - NYTimes.com](Inside the Financial Aid Office at Boston University - The New York Times)

good luck! :)
