Chance me for Bowdoin ED I

MALE
State: UT (no, im not mormon!)

GPA: 3.87 UW
Class Rank: 6/21.... Please allow me to explain. First, at my competitive school, what separates me from the val. is literally a tenth of a point. I know that a 3.97 is still higher than a .87 but that gives you some context for the other 4 people. I have had the most rigorous course load of my class, have the most EC's, have the highest test scores of my class, and would easily be ranked top 5% at the public school near my own. My GC told me that all this will be explained when she sends the school profile and rec... ok moving on.

ACT w/writing: 33
SAT II: Taking in October but we can safely assume ~720 Lit and ~770 Math II

AP's: Bio (3, not submitting. I was the only one in my class to take Ap bio) Lit (4) taking Calc, lang, and gov (self study) this year. My school doesnt offer very many AP's :/ but ive taken all the ones i could.

please? Ill chance back ;)

I’d say pretty good, strong ECs, subject tests and SATs are passable, but how did you get a 3.87 gpa while getting a 3 on the AP bio exam?

Thanks for the chance!
I took ap bio as a sophomore and was totally unprepared… I didnt study that much and my score reflected that lol. Ive definitely learned my lesson the hard way though.

So are my ethnicity and state residency an extra help or do they really make no difference?
