Chance me for BU, BYU, and others?

So to start out:
-half asian / white female (technically I can put either one down)
-Nevada Resident
-3.5 uneweighted, 3.75 weighted
-29 ACT, 1700 SAT (should I retake?)
-National Honor society (charity hours,) Marching band auxillary section leader, Tri-M honor society, Head yearbook editor for 3 years, Choir section leader
-4 AP classes, two of them current (Got a 4 and a 5)

In order of selectivity
University of Nevada, Reno
University of Utah
Brigham Young University (not a Mormon though)
Ohio State University
University of Rochester
Boston University
UCBerkeley

Out of all of these I am more inclined towards byu, bu, and berkeley, but my safest school is unr. I’m trying to narrow down my list, but If I know that I have some chance at a higher up school, I’m applying.

Forgot to add- I took a french class in college, am job shadowing local doctors, am leading a charity group for nhs
