Chance me for College of Engineering

I'm currently a community college student.

GPA: 3.81
Major: Chemical Engineering
ECs:
Hospital volunteer
Part-time job at hospital
5 star member of Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society

Will my lack of extracurricular activities hurt my application? Also, Cornell does not require you to submit SAT scores, so I'm not submitting them.

Thanks in advance.

You need to submit SAT or ACT.

edit: Actually for transfers I don’t see it mentioned on the engineering website, it mentioned them on another college’s. Someone else will have to answer that for sure.

edit 2: Actually again, found this mentioned here: http://www.engineering.cornell.edu/admissions/undergraduate/apply/transfer/upload/Prospective-Transfer-Admiss-Guide-Tips-2013-2014-2.pdf

"If you have taken any SAT I, ACT, and/or SAT II Subject Tests, those should be submitted to us directly from the testing agency. "

I guess it doesn’t explicitly say its required, but they do say they ‘should’ be submitted.

My SAT scores expired. I actually contacted Cornell, asking if SAT scores are required. They said no, but it would strengthen my application.
