I am applying to the College of Engineering and planning on majoring in chemical engineering.

SAT grades are 2090 (690R, 800M, 600W) and 2040 (670R, 760M, 610W)
ACT grade is 34 (29 English, 34 Math, 36 Reading, 36 Science)

Subject Tests:
710 Bio E
740 Chemistry
770 Math I

My guidance counselor told me to just send the ACT but I'm concerned that the ACT math grade is too low for CoE. Should I send both or just the ACT?

Cornell makes you send all your scores, but don’t worry they will combine the best possible combination of scores when reviewing your application. So they will see that you got the 800 on math and see your 34 composite for the act so that’s good.

I thought Cornell only requires you to send all your SAT scores if you plan on reporting the SAT score. I’m pretty sure you can just send the ACT and subject tests

I sent my ACT and subject tests but it made me send my SAT I scores too if I remember correctly, so I had to send the SAT I’s to send my SAT II’s which they required from me.

I think @flyingeagle is correct. If you want to send in your ACT scores and then want to submit your SAT Subject scores, I believe you have to submit all other SAT Reasoning tests you took.
Look up Yale’s standarized test score policy, because I think Cornell has the exact same policy, but Yale’s website does a better job explaining the policy. Make sure to read the policy in its entirety though as well.
