Hooks- I was born in Cuba and moved here toward the end of my 6th grade year, was up-brought by a single parent, am fluently trilingual, founded my own STEM society, and am an immigrated/refugee Hispanic/Latina woman whose primary language is Spanish pursuing medicine, specifically public health.

You look really good. I think you’ll have a good/great chance for Barnard. Columbia’s a reach for anybody, but you have great stats and ECs.

Just curious: how did you manage to go to 3 summer college programs? This must’ve been quite expensive.
