Chance Me for Columbia (kind of)

Hello,
I am a sophomore/rising junior in high school looking to apply to Columbia in the near future. I have currently taken the SAT and received at 2090 (my first time). I attended a public school from 9th-10th, and am going to attend a private, prestigious school called the Texas Academy of Mathematics and Science, or TAMS. The following are my current ECs:
HOSA Officer (9th), Parliamentarian (10th)
Student Council Class Secretary (9th), Ad-Interim Vice President (10th)
Investment Club VP (9th & 10th)
Drama Club Sophomore Rep. (10th)
Academic Math Lab Tutor

If I want to get into Columbia, what more should I do? My private school (TAMS) offers several opportunities, including the ability to conduct research with a mentor, and participate in competitions such as Intel STS, Intel ISEF, Goldwater Scholarship, Siemens, Exxon-Mobil Research, etc. Which of these should I do? Is it necessary to win them, or is participation just fine? My passions are leadership (leading people), helping people, and science/biology/research. Thank you in advance for your responses, and sorry to occupy your time (since most people here are extremely busy having others chance their applications, as they are actually applying to Columbia).
