Your grades are competitive as they should be for all those schools! You’re ECs are good, but they might need just a bit of an improvement. You seem
to like writing and arts, so I would do many activities related to those. For example, you could start an organization that raises money to buy arts supplies to poor children in your area? Or you could start a creative writing club? You can do whatever unique idea you have to show that you really do have a passion for arts and writing or whatever it is that you like! And remember that if a situation comes where you are afraid of what people might think or say “it’s too hard,” just pursue your dreams to the fullest! In a few years it’ll pay off as you’ll be the CEO of a global company that is highly successful and those people
who make fun of you will be your minimum wage slaves! Getting of track here, anyways just pursue your interests, that will help you a TON for college admissions. Good luck! You’re doing great and I know that you’ll end up somewhere amazing! Some of these schools that I’m putting down as “reach” or “high match” I would say you would have much better chances if you build your ECs. But as of right now:

Columbia: Reach
Williams: Reach
Penn: Reach (but you have a better chance than at Columbia)
JHU: High Match
Brown: Reach
Georgetown: High Match

I can see you getting into AT LEAST one of these universities!
