Chance me for Dartmouth and Swarthmore

I'm going into senior year and intend to apply regular decision to Dartmouth and Swarthmore. I currently have a 4.0 and a rigorous courseload; I have taken AP Biology (5) and AP US History (4). This year I am taking 4 APs (World History, European History, English, and Spanish). I scored a 1980 on my SATs during both sittings for a superscore of 2040; I am getting a tutor to at least break 2100 (currently 1330 math +cr) in October. I took the Biology and US History SAT IIs and scored a 600 (oops) and 700 respectively. I intend to take a third one in November; most probably Spanish. As a student I have a good relationship with my teachers and am sure they will write excellent letters of recommendation.

I'm a varsity musician for my school's choir. I'm an ambassador at my school where I give tours to prospective students and their families. I have also participated on my school's science league team, which ranked 4th in our state, and our history quiz bowl team, which placed in the semi-finals. I am joining our regular quiz bowl team come September. I am a member of both the National Honor Society and the International Language Honor Society. My community service record includes helping out in my town's library, my former elementary school, and my high school's music department. I babysit on weekdays.

I go to a private, Catholic school and am half Cuban. Considering I raise my SAT scores, are either of these institutions a plausible reality?

Your test scores right now would make you below average numbers wise so get those up as much as you can. I would consider taking English Lit or another subject test just in case. Your GPA is very impressive. I would still put these schools in a reach category, but I definitely don’t think they’re out of the question. Good luck :)

Thank you!
