Your stats are really amazing. I think you have an excellent shot at all for getting in. Honestly though, it's a crap shoot...especially with those schools, so no one can say. You probably have a greater chance then most though.

any suggestions for match/safe schools?

I don't think Duke or Stanford have business departments or majors, so you might want to research that first. Neither does Cornell, really, you have to kind of get it through the Hotel School or ILR. Either way, you don't sound very savvy about these schools, and you had better get that under control before you apply to them. They may not be your best choices. Penn does have business, and that might be a consideration if you want a highly selective choice with that major.

In fact, other than Cornell, none of your schools make the top 25 for business. Berkelely in the UC system has the top business school for undergrad.

Well I have to apply to Duke, Cornell, and Stanford (dad wants me to regardless of what I want to do). I wasn't even considering Penn/wharton just because it's so selective and I really didn't think I had a shot. I really want to go to SC/Marshall.

Cornell has an excellent business/econ option (really called management/econ) through the school of agriculture too. But you really have to know what you are doing to apply for this option. There are other business venues at Cornell. It is not that simple.

i would be surprised if you didn't get into duke or cornell.

USC Marshall just misses the top 20. But you don't have any of the other top 20 for business on your list. If you apply to D or S, you had better find another major, and that isn't going to much for your enthusiasm and passion for the school and the course of study. If you are applying to these top schools, you have to have a good reason to do so and show you know what you are doing. Your profile looks good, but your knowledge and reasons are terrible. You need to do some research.
