decent chance but I am doing Stanford EA so I am gonna go ahead and say TERRIBLE CHANCE DONT APPLY

haha

Good chances based upon your impressive stats, but you should know that Stanford tries to build a class based upon the average nation-wide ethnicities--which means that they admit only about 9% or less Asians--and thus the competition among Asians to be admitted there is fierce (to put it mildly).

Accordingly, make sure you put in an application to UC Berkeley and UCLA as well (I notice UC Berkeley is already on your list).

P.S. I would stress your Science Olympiad results. Stanford is "really big" on wanting to admit those who had impressive results in well-know "big-name" competitions. Thus, the more of those on your resume, the better. Also, they look at leadership--so make sure you being the captain of clubs or organizations is highlighted.

I'd say Match at UC Berkeley and UCLA and Cornell. Slight Reach at John Hopkins. Reach (as is everybody) at Harvard, MIT, Stanford, and Caltech. In your case, you might be Slight Reach at Caltech, given the test scores.

k tks for the tip calcruzer thats really good info.
