Thanks for the quick response haha. Yeah I plan on visiting this summer…Anything else I can do to show interest?

I think you’re in good shape but admissions are so unpredictable. Make sure you get good recommendations and write good essays. Good luck! :)

Sit in on a class (even summer school) and write about it in your “why” Emory essay. Refer to the teachers and the learning environment. Also, talk about how “at home” you felt and name a couple of activities that you will get involved in. Best of luck!!!

Also, write a note of interest to your admissions rep and let them know when you will be visiting campus.

looks good. good luck!

Thanks guys, I appreciate it!

Looking like a very strong candidate. Privates sure do look at the essay, which fully came to my attention based off of my experience. So do spend time on it. Revise it over and over. Writing about something you’re legitmately passionate about is very helpful. Best of luck to you.

Yes, I’ll definitely be sure to take care while crafting my essays, as I know Emory puts a lot of weight on them. Thanks!

I think you have a fair chance at getting in! I know a lot of people who go there and a few with scores much lower than your stats (90 WGPA and a 1900 SAT)! You should be fine, but the essay (once again) is key!
