Chance me for Fall 2011 transfer into Georgetown?

I'm a 20 year old, Hispanic male.
I live in NJ and attend community college.
My first year of college I went to a pretty good liberal arts school (Tier 1) and had a 3.6 GPA there. At my community college I have a 3.83 GPA (because I took General Chemistry in which I got a B-, otherwise I'd have a perfect 4.0 at CC)
I'm a prospective English/History major (I want to major in both, but if not I'll minor in one)
I'm also an amateur boxer and am very interested in joining Georgetown's boxing team.

My HS Stats were pretty average- 3.4 GPA, graduated 36th/278, had a 1900/2400 SAT score.

Do you think I can get into Georgetown with what I've presented?
My overall GPA from my first school and community college is a 3.73 through 61 credits.
Additionally, I'm returning to my community college for this coming year because I didn't get accepted into the schools I wanted to go to.

Your stats are borderline so I think a great deal with depend on your essays, recommendations, and reason why you want to attend Georgetown. I’m also sure they would want you to explain why you transferred once already and how did it go etc.

hey guys, what do you think my chances are for the business school? my stats are as follows

currently attending: rutgers business school- nb
2nd year ( applying as a junior transfer)
current gpa: 3.871
first semester: 3.692
second semester: 4.000
ec:
-assistant president International Association of Business Communicators
-livingston campus council member
-founder of delta sigma pi colony on campus
-own my private entertainment business

thanks

oh btw:

sats: 1920/2400
high school gpa: 3.2

You both have a fair shot in my opinion. But then again I was rejected this year with stats similar to you guys. All i can say is if its past freshmen year then forget about your high school GPA and focus on maintaining a high college GPA. And Googman I didn’t know rutgers had a delta sigma pi chapter?

@ desertfox. I am the founding father for Delta Sigma Pi at Rutgers Business NB.
