Chance me for Georgetown/Boston University/Penn/UChicago, please??

All regular decision!
GPA: 4.3 weighted, 3.8 unweighted
Four APs in total
29/220 (But there's a reason for my rank and GPA being lower than they are, keep reading)
SAT:
650M, 700CR, 780W, 12 essay
Took US History, Math1, and Lit subject tests. I'll estimate that I got at least 700 on all, with Literature maybe being as high as 800 (I'm almost positive I got nothing wrong)
ACT composite 35, with 12 writing
Earned credits from Roger Williams University junior year
ECs:
Class Treasurer
National Honor Society, treasurer
Varsity Volleyball since freshman year
Work ~20hrs a week at Burger King
Intern at a law firm
Volunteered 100+ hours with the police department in my city
Morning announcements
Show choir and jazz ensemble freshman year (switched schools, wasn't available)
Speaker at a Bryant University workshop in grief and loss
Speaker at foster parent trainings

My recommendations were great, I think.
My essays are, as humbly as possible, really flippin good.
Interesting things about me:
I detected school four times within one year, so my freshman year grades got all screwed up (like in the 20s; it's pretty obvious that something happened), but I've gotten all As in honors and AP since then.
I'm a foster child. I've lived in twelve different houses during high school, in two states, in five towns.
I'm a Hispanic female.
Please let me know what you think? Thank you so much! I've been reading here for a while, but didn't make an account until now.

***I switched schools four times in one year, not “detected school”
