Chance me for Georgetown RD? (also, SAT II vs. AP)

Hello! I am a senior at a top-ranked high school in Northeast Ohio (Cleveland suburb) and am applying to Georgetown College Regular Decision. These are my stats:

  • GPA: 3.86 UW, 4.45 W
  • ACT: 35 (36 in science, reading, writing, 32 in math)
  • President of Drama Club for 3 years (incl during transitionary period where teacher suddenly resigned, leaving me to essentially run the theater program - I'm not sure where to put this on my application, but it is super important to me)
  • Student Director for 2 of my high school's shows and Assistant Stage Manager for 1
  • Secretary of Speech and Debate my senior year
  • State Coordinator and Head of Research for a nonprofit aimed at uplifting marginalized communities (specifically womxn) in debate
  • Grassroots organizer for the Pete Buttigieg presidential campaign (working with National Youth Engagement Director to plan events, etc) (Involved with National Youth Assembly as well as running a Twitter account for High Schoolers supporting Pete)
  • APs: US History (5), Lang (5), Calc AB (5), US Gov (5), Seminar (4), Research (4), Music Theory (4), Chemistry (4), World History (3), Physics 1 (3), Currently in: Micro/Macroeconomics, Literature, Psych, Calc BC, Biology
  • SAT IIs: US History (740), Chemistry (750), Math II (720), Literature (710)
  • National Merit Semifinalist
  • Applying for political science

Will my high AP scores compensate for the low SAT IIs? And, do you think I have a chance? I was going to apply early but my counselor recommended I go SCEA to Yale, my other top choice. What do you think?

I forgot to add that I am fluent in French and English, as certified by the state of Ohio. I’m currently taking Arabic 1 just for fun

Why College and not the SFS? You certainly seem like you’re interested in polisci and SFS would give you a greater choices to specialize rather than just be a gov major. It’s hard to tell how AP scores are going to compare to SAT IIs since this is the first year they’re allowing APs to substitute, but stat-wise you look competitive. As for your drama club experience, you can highlight that in the first essay prompt where they ask you to talk about an EC you’ve done.
