Chance me for Georgetown?

Hi guys, first time posting here in a while. I'm a junior and I'm wondering what my chances are for Georgetown. Any advice would be great.

I go to a magnet school which is ranked in the top 20/25 nationally and top 1/2 in the state. The school doesn't rank and doesn't have weighted gpa.

Freshman:
3.47 GPA
all honors classes

Sophomore:
3.85 GPA
again all honors classes

Junior:
Looking at about a 3.6-3.7 GPA
All IB/AP classes: IB English, IB History, IB Micro, IB Physics, IB Spanish, AP Calc AB

Senior year will have essentially the same classes, except i'll have AP chem instead of IB physics and whatever math I place in.

PSAT: 223
SAT 2 math: 760 (might retake)
I took the January SAT, expecting 2200-2300
going to take the physics SAT 2 at the end of the year.

EC:
going to be a 4 year varsity starter (soccer), captain junior/senior year.
I don't know how much my club soccer will help me out since I'm not good enough to play for Georgetown.

I know my GPA is shaky and my extra-curriculars are extremely lackluster, but I'm hoping that a decent SAT and difficult classes will help.

Again, any comments/advice are appreciated, be as brutal as you'd like.

Thanks
