I hd to sound so pessimistic, but while your EC's look interesting, your stats simply don't seem that great. a 3.4 UW GPA is more B's than A's. (without knowing how your school does GPA exactly). Your SAT Math score is below the 25th percentile (670), which seems especially odd for someone I assume is going into business. Also be aware that if you're not applying EA, Georgetown will expect 3 SAT II's. I hate to be a downer, and I'm not saying it couldn't happen, but there's only so many slots for white males from the northeast.

Ok, with a 3.4 UW and a 1360:

High Reaches:
Georgetown
Cornell(ED)

Reaches:
UVA(might be closer to high reach than just a reach)
BC

Matches:
Villanova(EA)
Penn State(EA)(GPA is 2/3 decision, and the average U Park gpa is 3.6-3.9)

Safeties:
UConn(EA-legacy)
Bentley

While your dedication to reffing is great, it isn't enough for a place like Georgetown. Aim to improve the scores, because those will be the first things the admissions committee considers. Your application will be given a thorough review, do not lose hope there. Your ref activities definitely shine through so maybe you want to focus your essay on something else. Georgetown likes diversity in activities as well as dedication (finding the balance between the two is tricky). Use your essay to talk about a foreign trip you took or why you like the color blue. There is no reason to delve further into your reffing passion, it is quite obvious. It's a reach school but not impossible. Best of luck
