I would really appreciate your feedback, as I don’t want to get laughed at by my college counselor if I propose this.
Unless you are royalty, a recruited or Olympic athlete, or a major celebrity your stats won’t give a clue, it will depend on how well you craft your admission package and especially the quality of your essays and recommendations. Even so, H declines 90% of qualified applicants.
I will also be applying to Harvard SCEA! Your stats look awesome, but I don’t really see a “passion” or a “wow factor” that will make you stand out in admissions. Find what you love to do and do it. Be the BEST at your passion. From what I have heard and learned about the admissions process, this is key in gaining admission to selective schools.
I disagree with the above. I think your chances are excellent. Your extracurriculars are nicely consistent, leading the organization that teaches English to under-resourced Spanish kids, peer tutor/mentor, teaching Spanish to middle schoolers, and counselor training are all of a piece, and it is clear that you care about certain things, are good at them, and are committed over time.
In addition, depending on what kind of dance you do and where, dance is also helpful.
Just keep doing what you are doing, with depth, and go ahead and apply. As with everyone, make sure there are other schools you would be happy at.
ps recommendations from those who work with you or direct you outside of school will be very helpful for you- you can add them to the teacher recommendations, often in a supplement. Ask admissions. If you are talented. a dance video and arts supplement is possible too but it has to be really extraordinary to justify submission. Even if you don’t submit a dance supplement, it will appear on the common application.
I want to apply to the Class of 2022!!! as well!!! I pray to God that I can make it all the way from Tanzania, East Africa!.

You have a shot, but your biggest issue is probably this: “… probably in 20% of class (school doesn’t do class rank, so I have no way of knowing)” Though your school doesn’t rank, your guidance counselor will include a school report that will give Harvard a pretty good idea where you fall in the spectrum of your school in terms of grades and rigor of schedule and will allow the Adcoms to figure out with a fair degree of accuracey what your approximate class rank would be if your school did rank. According to Harvard’s common data set: “Percent in top tenth of high school graduating class: 95%”
