Are you going to a school that sends a lot of kids to competitive universities? What is your approximate ranking in that school? What courses have you been taking?

Your test scores, as you know, are excellent. There is no way we can assess your ECs. We are not Shark Tank so can’t assess business ventures. If the AOs find your research and work a good spike, they might look into it further. A lot of entrepreneurial and research ECs these days, and trying to assess them outside of certain known is near impossible.

If you are at top of your class, and your school will back this up, you are very much in the running for an academic admit if there aren’t many students like you from similar schools and backgrounds who are doing better. That you don’t need Fin aid will help at some of the US. Your top choices are need blind so there is a whole lot of competition from top international kids who need the money. I’d look st some need award schools too because the international competition is not as strenuous

Don’t retake. It’s a waste of time and money. You have 2 800’s. Spend the time polishing your essays.

You seem like an excellent student…much like many of the other excellent students who apply to top US colleges.
Spend more time looking for safeties that you would be delighted to attend and can afford.
