ECs are strong (getting high-level awards is what pushes it to that level) but for top level schools like Stern, Dyson, and Ross you may need a bit more because of your status as an ORM. If you are a junior, find a way this summer to find an opportunity for a spike (internship, certification, fellowship, award, etc.) that really shows your strength in the specific field of business you wish to pursue, as your ECs look more like those of a potential political science major than a business major. While a 3.7 UW is good, you probably need that spike to push you over the edge for the most elite undergrad b-schools. Having a lot of finance-related ECs helped me overcome some occasional bad grades I had gotten in honors/AP courses.
