hi i’m a rising senior applying as a physics, biology, or engineering major - on a pre med track

i had a rough freshman year and my gpa was a 3.0 but sophomore year it brought it up to a 3.78 and junior year it was a 3.86

32 ACT (English 32, Math 28, Reading 34, Science 32) taking again in July
APs - APUSH, AP Bio, AP Lang, AP Physics, AP Lit, AP Calc AB

This is a tough one because on the one hand, your GPA is not great, but on the other, you’re an Asian female, which gives you somewhat of an advantage as far as diversity is concerned. Plus, your test scores are good, and you have a lot of high level classes. All you can do is apply and hope for the best.

Unfortunately, when comparing to their class of 2023, your ACT is below their Median of 34, and your SATs are below their medians of 740 EBRW, 770 Math. They state that 94% of their students were in the top 10% of their classes, so your GPA may also hurt you, though your serious jump from freshman year may help with that. If you increase your ACT to above their median, that likely would help, as well.

At an admission rate of 16%, it is a reach for anybody, so apply, but you should assume that it is unlikely that you will be accepted.
