Chance me for IVYs?

<p>I'm an Indian with the highest possible GPA and a rank of 1/300 students in my school in India.</p>

<p>-SAT: 1900 (740 math)</p>

<p>-ECs: School President, National Level Debator, National Level MUNer, Immaculate Orator, Volunteer of Becoming I foundation, cleared the 2nd level of Thiel Fellowship and was invited to summits in NYC and Bay Area, Chief Editor of School Publication, President of theatre, debating and MUNing clubs and member of the math club.</p>

<p>What chance would I have at the Ivys? Specifically Harvard and Dartmouth?</p>

<p>Harvard - reach. Due to low SAT and Indian ethnicity.
Dart - low reach to reach. Same reasons.</p>

<p>What colleges would you suggest then?
I also have fabulous recomendations. Will this SAT really blow up stuff for me? :S</p>
