Hello. I'm a rising senior thinking about colleges.
Can you chance me for:
Northeastern University,
Boston University,
Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and
University of the Pacific?

My status as a student:

Unweighted GPA: 3.95. My weight GPA should be pretty high too i think..

ACT: 29 (Reading: 25, Math: 34, Science: 33, English: 24)
SAT: 1720 (Math: 700, Reading: 490, Writing: 530)
I'm retaking both. (my practice tests on ACT English/Reading is improving, so I think there will be at least some improvement on the score)

AP Classes I have taken:
AP Bio (AP Test: 4)
AP Chemistry (AP Test: didn't take)
AP Calculus AB (AP Test: 5)
AP Classes taking next year as a senior:
AP Calc BC
AP English Language
AP Physics

All Honors/AP English for 4 years.
4 years of French + 1 year in middle school
All A's in class except both semesters in Junior Honors English (got B+ (89.3% for both semesters!) )
Fluent (can speak, read, write) in an Asian language.
Tutoring in Math, Biology, and French for all 4 years.
Volunteering hours over 150 hours (Library, summer tutoring, hospital)
Got 2 Tutoring awards (Sophomore, Junior)
First Generation College Student

Sports:
Freshmen year: Girls Lacrosse
Sophomore: none (knee injury from lacrosse)
Junior: Swimming, Tennis
Senior: Swimming, Tennis

By the way, would taking the TOEFL and submitting my scores would be a good idea so colleges would take in consideration of my low English/Reading score since English isn't my first language?

From a very low income family

Any advice would be helpful too!!.
Thanks in advance! :D
